Suspicious Activity - 19 Jan 2026

Tradd’s Landing Neighbors:


At approximately 4:00 AM, today, two juveniles were observed on multiple homeowners’ security cameras walking through the community and attempting to open vehicle doors to see if they were unlocked. At approximately 4:12am One vehicle on Ponce de Leon was entered, and the individuals were recorded going through items inside the car.


Please ensure that all vehicles are locked and garage doors are fully closed. Homeowners with cameras are encouraged to review their footage. If anyone has additional video or believes they may recognize the individuals, please notify the HOA at traddshoa@gmail.com so the matter can be handled appropriately.
