Welcome to Tradd's Landing, a distinctive, coastal themed community in the rolling hills of Clermont at the heart of central Florida.  Located in southern Lake County, our community was incorporated in 2002 and features 321 single family home sites, consisting of both one and two story homes, blending contemporary and classic  architectural styles.  Tradds Landing is located convenient to local entertainment including: theme parks, shopping, farms, nature preserves and state parks.  We are a deed restricted community focused on providing a safe, clean, and inclusive environment for all of our residents.
