New Development Meeting Jan 5th, 2026 at 5pm

Dear Residents,

Many of you have heard about the new developments planned behind the Tradd’s Landing community and may have questions about how they will impact us.

We are pleased to inform you that the HOA Board has secured a date for GT Homes to present their proposal to the community.


This informational meeting is scheduled for January 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM 

at the Cagan Crossings County Library,

located at 16729 Cagan Crossings, Clermont, FL 34714 (Phone: 352-243-1840).


During this meeting, representatives from GT Homes Builders will provide a brief presentation regarding the community being developed behind Tradd’s Landing. This will be an opportunity for homeowners and residents to speak directly with the builder and participate in a Q&A session.

Again, please note, this meeting is informational only.


We encourage all residents to attend and take part in the discussion.
