Monthly Financial Reports

Dear Tradd’s Landing Residents,

We would like to provide an update regarding the delay in distributing the association’s monthly financial reports.


The Association’s financial statements are delayed because we had to switch to a new software system. Access to the former software platform was not provided, making it necessary to implement a different system to continue operations. This software transition requires starting from scratch, which is a complex process. Accurate accounts receivable balances are essential before moving forward. Additionally, we also needed to review the Balance Sheet through part of October to determine the initial balances that had to be entered. 

We understand the importance of transparency and timely financial reporting. Once this reconciliation process is completed and PAYHOA is fully updated, the financial statements will be provided to the community.

We appreciate your patience throughout this transition and are committed to ensuring the Association’s financial statements are prepared accurately and efficiently.
