Every homeowner should have received a copy of the 2026 proposed budget in the mail & we will be reviewing this at our HOA meeting on Saturday 11/22 @ 10am at the pool pavilion.

The primary agenda items will be a review of the 2026 budget, information on the development plan for behind Tradds and other community updates.
