Dear Homeowners of Tradds Landing,
The Board of Directors would like to inform you that ABC Management will no longer be managing our community. We ask for your patience as we complete this transition. Additional details, including the new management contact information and website access instructions, will be provided in the coming weeks.
In response to the community’s feedback and the growing need for more efficient communication, the Board is pleased to announce that we are transitioning to Pay HOA. This new form of HOA management will include a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) who will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with the Board, and ensure improved service and accountability.
This will also include a new, updated, and user-friendly community website, making it easier for homeowners to access important information, submit requests, pay HOA dues, view financials, and stay informed about upcoming meetings and community updates.
Please continue to make your monthly HOA dues payments to Truist Bank. If you currently mail your payments to ABC Management, please instead mail them to:

For all Architectural Review requests, please email your completed application to the ARC Committee at traddsarc@gmail.com.
