Dear Residents,
Please disregard any emails, notices or automated messages you may receive from PayHOA indicating that an assessment is due, past due, or that your account has an outstanding balance.
The Board is still actively working with the PayHOA support team to complete the system setup, data verification, and account activation process. As we continue working through the transition, some residents may receive test notifications, incomplete information, or other automated messages generated by the system.
At this time, these communications should be disregarded. No action is required on your part unless you receive direct communication from the Board.
We will notify the community once the system has been fully configured, verified, and is ready for homeowner use. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the remaining setup items and resolve any issues that arise during the transition.
