Hi Everyone... We are happy to announce that we will start painting the front entrance of the community very soon. This will help to revitalize our front entrance

3/17/2023 - Painting project has been completed
I too have noticed the front entrance, the beige fence while not flashy at least blended in and looked cohesive, the gray emphasizes the center block fence and it looks like prison walls. We now have gray walls, beige tops, stone on the columns, a red lighthouse (which is weird anyway) and neon, pink, blue and green fountain lights that looks like the circus is in town....who picked this out and why couldn't we just have some elegant neutral colors to make our neighborhood look normal? The entry is a JOKE- Put pla
in lights in and paint the red black and make it at least look like it should all go together.

I am joining a large number of neighbors to complain about the new front entrance painting. While the work is fine, the color is atrocious. Family/friends from other communities have all commented on the color. It absolutely does not match the houses and has turned the front entrance into an eye sore. Not sure if opinions are taken into consideration, but just thought I’d voice some thoughts. ✌️
