Recap of BOD meeting 5-14-26

The primary purpose for our meeting on 5-14-26 was to meet and decide if we should move forward with hiring a lawyer to represent our community with regards to the GT Homes development.

This was a specific request by the home owners at our last meeting.

It was proposed and agreed upon to hire David Langley of Langley & Lowe Law Firm.

Attorney David Langley of Langley & Lowe Law Firm will represent Tradd’s Landing Homeowners Association in connection with the upcoming GT Homes meeting scheduled for May 18, 2026, from 5:30-6:30pm. Legal counsel will assist in protecting the Association’s best interests, evaluating the potential impact of the proposed development on the existing community, and advising the Board on related matters and concerns moving forward.

Submitted on behalf of the BOD for Tradds Landing
