Clarification Regarding Pay HOA Dues Notification


Dear Residents,


We wanted to reach out regarding a message some of you may have received from Pay HOA indicating that your account is being charged HOA dues twice for the month of May.

Please rest assured that your account is not actually being charged twice.

We are currently in the process of setting up and testing the new system by entering homeowner information and importing assessment data from Truist Bank. What you are seeing is part of this internal testing and trial process, and no charges have been finalized. Once the setup is complete and all information has been fully reviewed and verified, your account will reflect the correct and accurate balance.

We appreciate your patience as we work through this transition and ensure everything is properly set up for the community.
