Association Dues Payment Options

Dear Tradd’s Landing Homeowners,

For your convenience, there are three ways to pay your HOA dues:

1.     Automatic Payments: If your HOA dues are currently set up for automatic payment, they

will continue to be processed through Truist Bank as usual.

2.     Online Payments: If you prefer to make your payment online, please use the following

link:

https://www.truist.com/commercial-corporate-institutional/industry-expertise/association-services/hoa-payments

3.     Coupon Book Payments: New payment coupon books were mailed by Truist Bank in

January. If you do not have a booklet, you may mail your payment to:

Please note that your association account number remains the same, and all HOA dues

continue to be processed through Truist Bank.
